Primary 4 and 5 pupils were treated to an all expenses paid trip to Davagh Forest alongside having lunch at Glenpark Estate. This was project led by Sperrins Partnership which was called ‘Guardians of the Sperrins.’
Pupils met Ceoldán, The Stargazer giant, located at the OM Dark Sky Park and Observatory. The children also got a tour of the centre and enjoyed a talk about the night sky. Each child also received special gifts as a souvenir of their day and a selection box. Thank you Sperrin Partnership!
