Today we started our daily mile. This initiative is taken part in by schools nationwide. It has many health and well-being benefits and all children will take part in this on the days we have not got PE. It sees children running for 15 minutes daily. Children can jog and even walk, if running for this length of time seems too hard. Here are some images of P6/7 starting off their mile this morning, what a morning it was too!
