We wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude to Sandra for her recent visit to St. Peter’s School. LMC can only arrange to meet with 150 schools per year and we are glad we were selected as one. Sandra made a presentation on the Livestock Meat Commission and Farm Quality Assured Products in Northern Ireland that was both informative and engaging. Our Primary 6/7 students were engaged by your insights into the agricultural industry, and they gained a deeper understanding of the processes involved in producing high-quality meat products.
