In conjunction with Save a Life for Scotland, on Wednesday 1st October, we joined the free, live, online CPR sessions. The short, interactive session was led by a paramedic and ran every hour on the hour.
20 minutes is all it took.
No equipment was needed, just our hands, but we did use our 'Little Anne' mannequins.
Children will always be able to use a coat, pillow, or backpack to practise.
This was for everyone: schools, communities, businesses and individuals.
Our children realised just how tough saving a life would be, but also how important it is to know what to do if they were to find an unconscious, unresponsive person.
