All children received a Miraculous Medal during the Month of May.
The Miraculous Medal was designed by our Blessed Lady and given by her to St Catherine in 1830. Wearing the medal would be our acceptance of the love and protection which Our Lady offers us. Soon the very great number of favours and graces received throughout the world by people wearing the medal caused it to be called 'Miraculous'.
The Medals rays of light from her hands symbolise the graces which she is only too eager to bestow upon those who wear her Medal and Pray to her.
