Happy St Patrick’s Day from everyone at St Peter’s!
What a joyful day we’ve had! St Peter’s was alive with colour, music, and laughter as our children celebrated St Patrick’s Day with great enthusiasm. The school echoed with singing and dancing—our pupils and staff truly shone as they shared their songs and traditional Irish dances with pride and excitement.
In the spirit of celebration, we’d love to share this well loved Irish blessing:
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of His hand.

A huge well done to all our wonderful children and to Mrs Mossey and Mrs Sweeney (who prepared them so well in dancing and singing) for bringing so much energy and happiness to today’s festivities. Wishing all our families a fun filled and cheerful St Patrick’s Day!
