Today we were in Strabane with our Primary 6 and 7 children. We were invited to the Skills and Development Day blitz, hosted by Strabane Sigersons. Some 7 schools took part in a day to showcase the skills learnt so far this year by the coaches from Tyrone GAA. There were three pitches on the go at any one time and plenty of matches to play. We fielded against St. Theresa's of The Glebe, St. Brigid's of Cranagh, St. Mary's of Strabane and St. Patrick's of Gortin. With the focus on fun, there were no scores kept. We had a great time and as ever, our pupils were exemplary with their behaviour.
