Today we were lucky enough to have Wenda from the Livestock and Meat Commission. Wenda came to the school to provide the children with a cookery demonstration of chilli beef nachos! This is Wenda’s second visit to the school, the first being over a year ago, and the children were delighted to see her back again. She provided all the children with a book full of lovely recipes and illustrated the importantance of farm fresh beef from Northern Ireland and the journey from farm to fork!
