The pupils in P4/5 rounded off the year in style with a fun day of sports. This was a celebration of all the hard work that the pupils completed though their shared education programme. Owenkillew was the venue for the sports and they were organised and facilitated by several local groups.
Massive thanks to Gortin GAA, Ardstraw Soccer, Gortin Scouts and Mary Gray’s Clubs. They provided a really diverse range of activities that the pupils thoroughly enjoyed.
Many thanks also to the staff and pupils from Gortin Controlled and St. Patrick’s Primary Schools, Gortin, for their hard work and dedication in making the shared education experience one that everyone enjoyed.
