The Primary 6 and 7 class enjoyed a ‘Mindfulness’ talk today from Eric Donovan, a famous Irish boxer. Eric was accompanied by local boxing champion, Jude Gallagher. The children discussed the importance of a healthy and balanced diet alongside the combination of regular exercise which promotes mental fitness.
