Today Fr Donnelly led the P.7 children and their families in prayer. The boys and girls participated in the delightful occasion. Fr Donnelly presented each child with a momentum of a book called 'Saints and Scholars of Ireland. We were so lucky that the weather was favourable for this event.
The children also received a copy of a short movie made on memories of their time at St Peter's.
Due to the extraordinary events of the last three months each child was presented with a trophy reminding them that they are Our Heroes of 2020. In case they would forget each other Mrs Bradley presented each child with a Tee shirt with the names of the class of 2020. Cora also gave each child a teddy bear that she had made during lockdown complete with printed class names and school crest.
