Last night saw us immersed in Christmas spirit as we held our Christmas Carol service in the school grounds. Under the shelter of our new outdoor play area the school children told the story of Christmas and entertained family members with carols, accompanied by our own instrumentalists and Mrs. Sweeney.
Thankfully the rain didn't make an appearance and it was a mild evening. Afterwards our school draw took place in the warmth of the school hall, of course with a cuppa tae (or coffee) for the parents. We are indebted to our sponsors of prizes, without whom the raffle couldn't take place. To those who bought and sold tickets, we thank you also.
